Digital Hyttebok is built for one purpose: to make cabin life simpler and memories easier to keep. But we're not the ones standing at your cabin, and we don't see the app through your eyes.
You do.
That's why we'd love to hear from you. What works well? What's missing? Have you run into something that doesn't quite work as it should? Or do you have an idea that would make everyday cabin life even easier?
Why feedback matters
dHytte.no isn't built by a large corporation with endless resources — it's built by people who use a cabin themselves and want to create something genuinely useful. That means every single piece of feedback counts. It can:
- Reveal a bug we haven't spotted ourselves
- Show us a feature that's hard to understand or use
- Give us an idea for something new we hadn't thought of
- Confirm that something we've built actually works as intended — that's just as valuable to hear!
Many of the features in the app today — from improvements to the guestbook to entirely new modules for maintenance and rentals — started out as exactly this kind of feedback.
What we'd love to know
You don't need to write a long report or have everything figured out in advance. A few words are enough. Here are some examples of the things we really appreciate hearing about:
What works well? Is there something in the app you use often and are happy with? It helps us know what to keep building on.
What's missing? Is there something you've looked for in the app but couldn't find? A feature you wish existed?
Found a bug? Something that doesn't behave as expected, a button that doesn't work, or text that doesn't quite make sense? Let us know as specifically as you can — which page, what you did, and what happened.
Have an idea for an improvement? Maybe you've seen a solution in another app that you think would fit well here. Or you have an idea entirely your own. We read it all.
How to share your feedback
It's simple — just head to our contact page and send us a message. It only takes a couple of minutes, and you don't need to be "technical" to explain what you mean. Write it the way you'd tell a friend.
We read everything that comes in, and while we can't always respond to every message right away, all input is taken into account when we plan what to work on next.
Good and bad — all of it is welcome
It's easy to think feedback is only about pointing out what's wrong. But praise is just as useful — it tells us what we're doing right, and what we should keep investing in.
So whether you have something positive to share, something you feel is missing, or something that simply annoys you: we'd love to hear about it.
